He has uncovered the scientific principles of spirituality and well-being. He will speak about harnessing inner spiritual intelligence to improve the well-being of individuals, families, and communities. 

* Dr. Ronesh Sinha, "The Science of Stress – How to Protect and Adapt in Our Modern World" Dr. Sinha and his mobile medical clinic make the rounds to corporate campuses to attend to workers who can't make the time for doctor visits. Biological markers of unhealth in the Valley alarmingly are on the rise. He will review some of the effective interventions he has prescribed to help manage stress (including wearables and apps) so that we can be healthy and hale to enjoy the fruits of our intense labors. 

* Reenita Malhotra Hora, "The Healing Power of Ayurveda” Reenita is an Ayurveda clinician and author of four books on Ayurveda. She shares with us how understanding your mind-body blueprint can help you unleash your true healing potential.
