Your blindspots have greater impact the larger your company grows. Keep your leadership balanced through self awareness and structure.

In this workshop, you will make your blindspots visible. We'll apply this to engaging with others, opening up new market and product possibilities as well as developing more inclusive leadership. Participants will be invited to think more creatively and inclusively about their tech, product, users, and stakeholders.
