What industry do you work in?

I currently work as a logistics manager in the technology industry, but I'm exploring opportunities to transition into the nonprofit or health sectors.

What skill or strategy helped you excel in your career?

Perseverance, a willingness to learn, and embracing humility have been the key strategies that helped me excel in my career.

What's the best advice you've ever been given?

The best advice I’ve ever been given was actually a question: 'What would you do if you weren’t afraid?' It challenged me to step outside of my comfort zone, to ask the questions others might shy away from even if I felt uncertain or embarrassed. It’s a reminder that everyone’s path is uniquely their own, and embracing that truth can lead to growth not just in our careers, but in life as a whole.

What are your top reads and recommendations for growth?

One of my top reads right now is Burnout by Amelia Nagoski. It’s a powerful book that explores what we can and cannot control, while emphasizing the importance of recognizing and trusting our worth, especially as women. A concept that particularly resonated with me is 'human giver syndrome,' which describes the pressure some women feel to constantly give more than they receive. The book is a compelling reminder of the need to embrace our limits, set boundaries, and protect our well-being.

Do you have any hobbies or passion projects outside of work?

Outside of work, my current passion project is focused on self-care—lots of it! I’ve been dedicating time to working out, journaling, and volunteering, all of which have been grounding and fulfilling.
