The CLUB serves the San Francisco Bay Area. Please apply by filling out the New Membership Application below allowing 5 to 7 minutes to complete.

Your admission will be automatically accepted upon payment and automatically renewed every year. Once payment is processed, the membership fee is non-refundable.

To cancel your membership, visit your profile page to de-activate your membership. Should you decide to rejoin, you will need to re-apply.

If you require financial assistance, please note this within your application and also fill out a scholarship request form.
