Host a CLUB Event: If you’re looking to bring interesting ideas and networking opportunities to your colleagues, host a CLUB event! We provide diverse speakers and/or panelists on a variety of timely topics, and our events size ranges from 40 – 100 people. Contact us and we’ll share a list of 25+ possible topics. The CLUB manages speakers, attendee registration and event promotion. Host companies provide refreshments (or video-conferencing tools) and may fund speaker honorariums and/or make a donation to the CLUB. Your employees attend for free.

Micro Mentoring: Sometimes you just need to mix it up! Host a CLUB Micro Mentoring event to bring an array of accomplished women from all different backgrounds to inspire your colleagues. Micro Mentoring happens in small group at tables (or video breakout rooms) where a CLUB member facilitates discussions on topics like career progression, management tips, work/life balance, career pivots, personal brand, networking, and mentoring. We often kick off Micro Mentoring events with a panel featuring career stories (optional). Contact us for a Micro Mentoring event overview and cost.
Design a custom event with us: We also co-design events with Bay Area companies. We brainstorm with Diversity & Inclusion practitioners, Employee Resource Groups, Community Coordinators and/or Corporate Social Responsibility leads to craft event topics that serve your colleagues’ needs. The CLUB will help develop the topic, source speakers, moderators and/or facilitators, manage the event registration and promotion, and bring our community to the event. Cross promotion of events: We occasionally partner with other organizations that have events of interest to our community with a cross-promotion of our events and your events to our respective mailing lists and social media communities.
Conference Partner: The CLUB community is active at professional conferences. We partner with conference organizers to help boost the diversity of attendees. Conference organizers provide the CLUB community with a discount code and we promote the event within our community. We also do social media partnerships where we promote your event with 2-3 social posts, and conference organizers help get the word out about The CLUB.
Host us in your space: Small groups of CLUB members meet in private Mentoring Circles and for our Incubator Program on a monthly basis. If you have a conference room that seats 10-20 that you’d be willing to make available to us on a monthly basis for our evening meetings, we’d love to talk! We also host occasional social events and appreciate event space at clubs, hotels and other facilities.
Have other ideas? To date, our partnerships have revolved around events to help women accelerate their careers, though we are open to other opportunities.
