"We often say we want to move forward, live an amazing life but something holds us back.
Often, we get in the way of our own joy.
At some point in my life, I was determined to get out of my way to achieve freedom and I learned how to look at my past from a different perspective which let me to identify what was redeemable and keep that with me,  and totally let go of the rest. This has allowed me to evolve as a human being without the excessive weight of the past. This has been such a valuable exercise which I want to share with you so you too can achieve tremendous freedom."

- Aida Rivas

During this session you will learn:

  • The term, iterative, is not often applied to life learning. Why not look at life as an iterative process when change is always in motion, and we are always having to adjust to ongoing changes?
  • I practice pausing, reflecting, adjusting, evolving, using every experience as building blocks of learning to identify what is redeemable. I will share how seeing life as an iterative process helps redeem all that is valuable to realize and let go of the sense of failure.
