What industry do you work in?
I currently work as a Integrated Marketing Campaign Manager in the technology industry.
Describe a day in you life?
Coffee in one hand, Folloze and Power BI dashboards in the other. I start by checking what’s working and what needs saving. The rest of the day is a mix of strategy sessions, content tweaks, and politely stalking engagement metrics. I activate omni channel campaigns by aligning with sales, product marketing, and ops—driving smart content selection and personalized experiences that actually convert.
What skill or strategy helped you excel in your career?
One key strategy that has helped me excel in my career is the ability to clearly understand and articulate value propositions, then align them across cross-functional teams.
What's the best advice you've ever been given?
Keep it simple, especially when you’re explaining anything to busy people. No one has time for a novel. Also, don’t wear burnout like a badge of honor. Do great work, but remember that your relationships and how you treat people matter way more than late-night emails. What are your top reads and recommendations for growth?
I’m currently reading Using Behavioral Science in Marketing by Nancy Harhut. I go through a lot of marketing books, but this one stands out—it’s a fun, practical reminder of how small changes in messaging can lead to big shifts in behavior.
What is your vision for your career int he next 5 years?
I want to keep learning and growing as a marketer while exploring new industries like Health or HealthTech where I can make a real impact. Eventually, I’d love to start my own business and create something meaningful that blends purpose with smart, effective marketing.
What is your leadership superpower?
I’m a passionate problem solver who leads with empathy and heart. I might not be the most zen person in the room, but I’m all in when it comes to finding creative solutions and supporting my team. I love bringing people, ideas, and details together and turning it into something that not only works—but looks beautiful too.
Do you have any hobbies or passion projects outside of work?
I love experimenting with food and turning my kitchen into a flavor lab. I’m also into interior design, gardening, spending time in nature, and staying active. Anything that helps me create, move, or recharge is my kind of hobby.
