Manju Abraham

Manju is an accomplished engineering leader with over 25 years of experience. Manju has built, grown and scaled global teams and organizations for companies such as HP, NetApp, and   Delphix. and HPE. During her career, she has led enterprise product operations, driving initiatives across distributed teams to develop and deliver high-quality products on schedule. She brings her passion and energy into these initiatives and has a proven track record as a change agent, transforming organizations and software development lifecycles to improve      agility, effectiveness and efficiency.



Tanal Basma 

President, The CLUB | People Consultant to Series A-C Startups & Scaleups

Tanal is an People Leader and diversity advocate with experience across multiple industries and a record of achieving business objectives through forward-thinking, motivational style. She is a thought partner to CEOs and has helped organizations grow by setting the foundations for a people-first culture.

She's passionate about a top-down approach to diversity, equity and inclusion through personal experience and a heightened awareness of how our differences enhance the workplace. She now leverages AI among teams to build thriving workplace communities that enable innovation and collaboration.  Tanal graduated from Golden Gate University with a BA in Management.



Julia Andrianova-Figg

Operations & Sales Leader

Julia is an accomplished operations leader, thriving in the fast-paced environments of high-growth tech companies. With over 20 years of experience in both startup and corporate tech sectors, she has honed her problem-solving skills and strategic acumen to optimize business and people operations, pre-sales, and contracting. Julia's career spans operations, enterprise sales, and sales management, providing her with a unique perspective on the pivotal role that organizational efficiency and productivity play in ensuring a successful customer journey.

Julia is a seasoned connector and collaborator, adept at working across borders, cultures, and genders. She excels at bringing together individuals with diverse backgrounds and perspectives to forge consensus and deliver the most advantageous solutions for their organizations. Outside of her professional pursuits, Julia and her husband jointly manage a travel blog, sharing their adventures and insights into the beauty of California and other destinations.



Laura Fechete

Engineering Senior Manager

Laura Fechete is a rocket scientist, leading highly skilled engineering teams solving complex problems. She is a diversity and inclusion advocate, and is an avid supporter of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math).





Hemali Mehta

Treasurer, The CLUB


Hemali is a CPA with extensive accounting and finance experience in the technology sector, including roles at global and Fortune 500 companies. After four years of participating in The CLUB, she recently joined its board as Treasurer and event organizer to give back to its inclusive community. Her career has taught her to embrace constant change as an opportunity for personal growth and to deeply understand a business in order to provide meaningful financial insights.



Mary Fuller 

Dean of Lincoln Law School of San Jose


Mary Fuller is the Dean of Lincoln Law School of San Jose, an institution dedicated to providing affordable, practice-ready legal education to underrepresented communities and working adults. Her diverse background spans higher education, public service, and technology leadership, including her recent role as Western Regional Director for the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.


As the newest board member of The CLUB Silicon Valley, Mary brings mission-driven leadership and a deep commitment to equity and access.

As Director of Banking Transformation for Zions Bancorporation, Kristiane is responsible for driving strategic, technology-enabled business transformation initiatives for the bank. Kristiane was also Director in PwC's Digital Banking practice where she helped banks and financial technology companies envision and execute complex business transformation projects. She led complex systems implementation and re-engineering programs, merger / acquisition, international market entry, product development, cost restructuring, process improvement and regulatory-driven change programs for banks payments, and financial technology companies. Kristiane is also the Founder of internet marketing firm k2 Web Development & Marketing LLC.



Annie recently co-founded, with CLUB co-founder Julie Stephenson, HIPLegal LLP, an IP strategic counseling, prosecution, licensing and litigation support firm that delivers practical IP solutions to its clients. Annie leverages 17 years of technology-based litigation to partner with clients to design and implement IP strategies that align with their business values and anticipate future issues. Upon this foundation, she helps maximize clients’ opportunities       in identifying, valuing, licensing and maximizing their IP.

Karen Catlin

Advocate for Technical Women, Karen Catlin Consulting

Sherry specializes in high-level communications and marketing strategy including audience experience, social media engagement, creative storytelling, multi-channel content development, information design and architecture, and long-term business planning with an eye on efficiency. Additionally, Sherry has significant experience in crisis communications management, particularly in areas related to reputation management. Sherry has been recognized for her commitment to diversity and inclusion in leadership by being named a Silicon Valley Woman of Influence 2018.



Karen is an advocate for women in the tech industry. She is a leadership coach, a speaker, and a writer. In 2014, Karen delivered a TEDx talk: "Women in Tech—The Missing Force." She is co-author of "Present! A Step-by-Step Guide to Public Speaking" and has published articles in Inc., FastCompany, The Daily Beast, Women 2.0, and other leadership sites. In 2015, the California State Assembly honored her with the Wonder Women Tech Innovator Award for outstanding achievements in business and technology and for being a role model for women. Formerly, Karen was a vice president at Adobe Systems. Karen holds a degree in Computer Science from Brown University.
