Tips from the Trenches: Second Annual Leadership Roundtable presented by the 2016 Incubator Class

Objective – Women from diverse backgrounds will share their leadership journeys as well as how they went from surviving to thriving in the workplace.  Hear real and practical tips from women who have been there and done it.

Overview – Following on the heels of last year’s successful and sold out program, this year’s program promises to be just as engaging.  Nothing compares to experience, and this year’s panel has experience in varied industries throughout Silicon Valley.   Panelists will share the poignant and funny ways in which they got ahead and learned how to lead.  Then, we will have breakout groups to discuss what you have heard and how to apply the practical tips that these women will share.    This event is a two-for-one:  hear advice on what actually works in the workplace as well as meet members of the Club to discuss your own journey.
