We've been told that the only way to the top is straight up the ladder. But what if there was another way? A way that could allow you to be both an engaged professional and an actively involved mother. Lisen Stromberg interviewed 186 women and surveyed nearly 1,500 more to learn the secrets of how highly qualified, purpose driven trailblazers have integrated work and family.  Following a short presentation by Lisen on what’s she’s learned, we will hear from three other amazing leaders who have pursued a non-traditional career path.  Each of the inspiring women on our panel have innovated their own non-linear career to meet their personal and professional goals. For them, pausing was not a career killer, but a part of the path to their success. The key message here is not that pausing is the goal, but that trailblazing women are debunking the traditional career paradigm - Non-Linear is the new normal.
