Conquering Imposter Syndrome

Our very own CLUB member Natalya Thakur will be coaching a women's leadership workshop on imposter syndrome.

Impostor Syndrome is a pervasive feeling of self-doubt, insecurity, or fraudulence with no overtly-logical basis. It is prevalent among women in the workplace, many of whom have been conditioned to do things "by the book" or fear other's opinions and impressions of them. In this interactive workshop, participants will engage in different short games and small group exercises to help highlight how we can re-frame the conversation around imposter syndrome and be better equipped to combat it. This workshop is open to female-identified and gender nonconforming people at all stages in their career.
