Maya Tussing co-leads the West Coast presence of Alesco Advisors, an SEC-registered investment advisory firm servicing the investment needs of institutions, foundations, endowments and high net worth individuals. Previously, she led BlackRock’s U.S. Institutional Index Asset Allocation business, responsible for over $200B across all asset classes, investment styles and vehicles. Over the last 20 years, Maya has held senior risk management roles at firms such as BlackRock, Barclays Global Investors, Visa, and GE Capital. Maya is a graduate of Pomona College and holds an MBA in international finance from the University of Washington.
Laura Jarrell joined Morgan Stanley after many years of being an entrepreneur. She has been the founder or CEO of a variety of businesses including a retail backpacking store, a web-based women’s sports company and a franchise business. She brings to her practice an understanding of the challenges of both business and personal finance, as well as, the entrepreneurial spirit of getting things done. Based on her own experience she has strong interest in helping other women achieve financial comfort. She will work with you to translate your goals into a custom designed wealth plan – customized to you and your needs for your financial future. Laura is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and received her undergraduate degree from Denison University. She lives in Palo Alto California with her two, time to leave the nest, boys.
Gretchen Caldwell is a financial advisor and personal finance expert. She specializes in working with Bay Area professionals who are balancing family and personal commitments with being a leader in the corporate world. She is passionate about helping her clients maximize their earnings and benefits today to provide future financial flexibility. Gretchen has been featured in US News & World Report, Reader’s Digest, and the XY Planning Network. She has also appeared on the So Money, Wine & Dime and Switch, Pivot or Quit podcasts. Gretchen holds a BA in Economics, a Certificate in Financial Planning and has obtained her series 65 license.
