Elizabeth Andrew, Senior Sales Manager, HelloSign

Elizabeth Andrew is a top-producing technology sales executive, who has established herself as a leader, motivator, and role model with her inspiring story of career reentry by breaking barriers into the San Francisco technology space – at over 50 years old, after a 17-year career break. She is currently a Senior Sales Executive at HelloSign. Elizabeth was selected for The CLUB of Silicon Valley’s 2016 Incubator leadership program, and serves as an advisor to Women Serve On Boards. In her early career, Elizabeth was a VP and Director with Wells Fargo Asset Management, where she opened up the New England Region as a Mutual Fund Wholesaler and grew territory assets from $0 to $70 million.

Rhys Cheung, Patent Attorney, NASA

Rhys Cheung has been a patent attorney at NASA Ames Research Center since 2017.  Previously, she spent 14 years in the private sector, working for law firms that serviced Fortune 100 and Silicon Valley start-up clients spanning a broad range of industries, from computer technology to financial services to sustainable energy.  In her law career, she has weathered career transitions into and out of boutique, mid-sized, and large Am Law 100 firms. She has also transitioned in her practice areas, from insurance to patent prosecution to patent litigation, and finally, to government patent counsel at NASA. Rhys graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in Cognitive Sciences, and received her law degree from UC Hastings College of the Law.

Susan Foy, Principal Investigator, PACT Pharma


Susan has spent the last ten years working on novel therapies to treat patients with cancer. She earned her Ph.D. at Case Western Reserve University where she developed magnetic nanoparticles as imaging and drug delivery agents for diagnosing, treating, and monitoring breast cancer. After completing her graduate training, Susan worked at Bavarian Nordic and FivePrime Therapeutics on therapies to train a patient's own immune system to fight off various types of cancer. She currently works at PACT Pharma designing immune monitoring assays for a ground breaking personalized T cell therapy to eradicate cancer.



Tanal Basma, Sr HR Operations Manager | Business Partner, Epic Environmental Compliance, Inc.

Tanal is a diversity advocate with experience across multiple industries and a history of achieving business objectives through empathic, forward-thinking, motivational style. In her current role at EEC, she is a thought partner to the CEO and has helped the organization grow by setting the framework of operations while balancing a people first culture. 

She's passionate about a top-down approach to DEI through personal experience and a heightened awareness of how our differences enhance the workplace. She now leverages empathy among teams to build thriving workplace communities that enable innovation and collaboration. Outside work, she enjoys mentoring and advising early-stage founders on designing inclusive cultures.


Katherine Mendonca, B2B Strategic Partnership & Channel Development

A strategic partner and channel development leader with a career spanning the meteoric growth of the mobile computing industry, contributing to the mainstream adoption of mobile computing within the enterprise segment, over two decades while working at AT&T, Gateway, Palm and Apple.



Stelli Munnis, Founder & Executive Director, Red Sulphur

Stelli is the founder and executive director of Red Sulphur, a nonprofit organization focused on the global empowerment of women. In her previous corporate roles, Stelli led a successful management consulting company, co-founded an educational non-profit, scaled two start-ups, and fueled growth at SunPower Corporation, one of the world's leading solar companies. Stelli is an advocate for diversity and inclusion in the workplace and co-founded the Team for Inclusion, Diversity, and Equality (TIDE) at SunPower. Stelli holds a BA in economics from the University of Florida and a Ph.D. in psychology from Sofia University.


Afreen Ali, Senior Finance Manager at Uber

Prior to joining Uber in 2019, Afreen spent four years at Facebook. She worked in Investment banking in New York for two and half years before moving to the west coast. Afreen also spent three years in the Economic Research department at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston. Afreen graduated from Mount Holyoke College with a B.A. in Economics. She got her MBA degree from the Wharton School.
