Laraine will host the conversation, which will start with round robin introductions for all attendees. Laraine will share nuggets on the "how's" and the "why's" of inclusive leadership, and talk about her experience in advancing women's leadership. The session will also include an "Ask Me Anything."

Laraine is an advocate of inclusive leadership. In her role as Talent & Culture Strategist with Emtrain, she harnesses data insights to prevent harassment, bias, and discrimination and create healthy workplace cultures. She is also the founder of LMC17, a strategic consulting firm that helps companies troubleshoot their diversity growth issues. Laraine is President of The CLUB Silicon Valley, a diverse community of women leaders, where she runs a talent Incubator to help women accelerate their careers. Laraine was named a Silicon Valley Business Times “Woman of Influence" in 2018.
