Tanal Basma

Diversity Advocate, Senior HR Operations Manager & Business Partner.

Tanal is a diversity advocate with experience across multiple industries and a history of achieving business objectives through empathic, forward-thinking, motivational style. She is a thought partner to CEOs and has helped organizations grow by setting the framework of operations while balancing a people-first culture.

She's passionate about a top-down approach to diversity, equity and inclusion through personal experience and a heightened awareness of how our differences enhance the workplace. She now leverages empathy among teams to build thriving workplace communities that enable innovation and collaboration. Outside work, she enjoys mentoring and advising early-stage founders on designing inclusive cultures.


Lamya Alaoui

Lamya is a certified behavioral consultant and co-founder of CREDAS. Lamya’s corporate background includes 15+ years experience in Operations and Talent Management, where she had the opportunity to build and lead teams across Africa, Asia, Europe and North America for companies such as Bertelsmann, Orange, Intelcia, Groupon, Google, and Microsoft. Her work focuses on improving workplace performance, morale, and inclusivity through a better understanding of cultural differences, diversity, bias and behavioral dimensions. She mentors startups at the Alchemist accelerator, Alley Powered by Verizon and Plug and Play, serves on the Board of Directors of the Women’s Club of Silicon Valley, and is an advisor for Astia, a global not-for-profit organization built on a community of experts whose goal is to ensure the success of women in high-growth start-ups.


Manju Abraham

Vice President, Engineering, Delphix

Manju is an accomplished engineering leader with over 25 years of experience. Manju has built, grown and scaled global teams and organizations for companies such as HP, NetApp and Delphix.

During her career, she has led enterprise product operations, driving initiatives across distributed teams to develop and deliver high-quality products on schedule. She brings her passion and energy into these initiatives and has a proven track record as a change agent, transforming organizations and software development lifecycles to improve agility, effectiveness and efficiency. She focuses on building relationships to inspire, motivate and bring people across organizations together to execute effectively to the company’s product and business goals.

Manju is passionate about supporting women and diversity and inclusion to help improve the workplace environment. She is the executive sponsor for the women’s employee resource group at Delphix and is actively involved in mentoring and learning from other leaders across the industry.
