ERG Professional Development Meeting

The ERG Professional Development Series is an initiative of The Women's CLUB of Silicon Valley (aka, The CLUB) a non-profit dedicated to women's leadership. We will be continuing our efforts around ERG Connect, bringing ERG leaders like you together to learn from each other and share best practices, with meetings on the 3rd Thursday of each month 3 PM PDT. 

We will focus on ways ERGs can, and are helping with the transition to hybrid work and how ERG leaders can be supported by organizations in their career growth for the value they bring.

Our next upcoming ERG Professional Development Meeting will include panelists Victoria Doyle, Social Impact Associate at Niantic, Inc, where she manages their employee focused impact program, Jacqueline Brown, Sr Principal, leading career development, leadership readiness platforms at Workday, Shanis Windland, VP of Human Resources at VMware where she oversees Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits for the company and Aida Rivas, a DEI advocate, leading the Global Professional Development for the Latino POD (ERG) and leading cross ERG efforts at VMware . They will be tackling the topic of intersectionality and how cross ERG collaboration can support individuals in being their authentic self. 

This session is open to current ERG leaders in the San Francisco Bay Area. We welcome leaders of any ERG (ethnicity, ability, veteran status, LGBTQ+, etc.) looking to action career acceleration for colleagues who identify as female.
