Are you a brave, driven, ambitious woman who has dreamed of carving your own path? Do you have a desire to build something new and challenge the status quo?

Building a business is never easy, the startup failure rate is over 90%. Women business owners face increased challenges compared to their male counterparts. Last year only 17% of women launched a business and almost half-of female founders (48 %) cite a lack of available mentors or advisers as holding them back.

Here at The CLUB we want to change that! We know that many of our members already own or have a desire to build their own business therefore, starting next September we want to create a community for current and aspiring female founders to share their stories, learn from and nurture one another. To help us begin this journey we are inviting you to an introductory session on Wednesday, June 22nd at 6:00pm.

We are very lucky to have Svetlana Kamyshanskaya and Niyati Shah joining us for this special event where we will talk about the challenges you've faced, determine the roadblocks keeping you from starting your business or taking it to the next level, and discuss the content that you would like to see within our Fierce Female Founders workshops.

Svetlana Kamyshanskaya is an accomplished attorney and a startup adviser with 20 years of successful experience in legal practice and business. Svetlana assists her clients in conducting corporate transactions, including international business transactions by identifying the risks related to transactions as well as potential corporate governance and compliance problems while helping to address them. Prior to starting her firm, Primum Law Group, Svetlana worked at a business consulting company assisting seasoned businesses as well as start-ups in a process of US market entry through development and implementation of their market entry strategy conducting risk assessment of commercial transactions, identifying a potential area of compliance vulnerability and risk, developing and implementing corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues as well as negotiating and drafting commercial contracts.

Niyati Shah is a visionary, compassionate, bold and veteran business leader, artist, mother and social activist. She has been a servant leader and an instrumental part of Fortune 500 companies including Cisco, GE Digital and Synopsys for over 15 years. Niyati is a firm believer of " learning by sharing" and she has her own organization which provides consulting, freelancing broad based finance, operational, marketing and strategic services to small and medium businesses.

Niyati is also passionate about having a stronger community for kids and seniors and has created a non profit organization " Caring buddy - https://caringbuddy.com/ ", it's a unified platform which brings kids and seniors together in a fun and creative way.

Our main goal of the evening is to support you throughout your journey, provide you with the tools and resources necessary and connect you with other strong female entrepreneurs to ensure your business thrives.

What participants will gain:

  • Get advice from someone who has had similar challenges while navigating their career.
  • Get help mapping your own journey and goals.
  • Gain a group you can call upon for mentoring, expertise and support.
  • Meet CLUB members and build new relationships.
