ERG Professional Development Meeting

The ERG Professional Development Series is an initiative of The Women's CLUB of Silicon Valley (aka, The CLUB) a non-profit dedicated to women's leadership. We will focus on ways ERGs can, and are helping with the transition to hybrid work and how ERG leaders can be supported by organizations in their career growth for the value they bring.

Our next upcoming ERG Professional Development Meeting will include panelist Donna Kolnes, Director, Products & Services Counsel at Splunk. Donna is a legal generalist with broad experience across all aspects of law affecting the product development, marketing and sale of online services, enterprise offerings, and consumer software products. She provides actionable, business-oriented advice to cross-functional teams at all levels of management (including engineering, design, finance, product, and marketing) on issues related to new and existing products and features throughout the entire product development lifecycle. Experienced managing legal teams responsible for privacy, product security, IP issues, licensing matters, product development support, and marketing support.

During this session, Donna will be talking with our group about the ERG engagement activities and initiatives happening at Splunk. 

This session is open to current ERG leaders in the San Francisco Bay Area. We welcome leaders of any ERG (ethnicity, ability, veteran status, LGBTQ+, etc.) looking to action career acceleration for colleagues who identify as female.
