About our speakers

Alicia Avrach is Head of Sales Enablement at Writer, where she’s learning how generative AI can grow revenue and make us all the most productive version of ourselves. Alicia served as VP of Revenue Enablement at Foursquare, and prior to that as VP of Productivity & Enablement at Workato. Joining Workato 6 weeks before the world shut down for COVID-19, she got to re-envision enablement, keeping the team productive and happy in the new virtual world. She focuses on creating authentic and engaging experiences, which bring technical concepts to life and help world-class sales behaviors become habits.

Diane Gabl Kratz is a four-time IAM Strategy 300 World's Leading IP Strategist and USPTO-registered patent attorney. As Director, IP Strategy & Operations at Dolby, she leads an 18-person global team, developing and executing U.S. and international patent filing strategies and heading Dolby’s worldwide trademark portfolio. A four-time Super Lawyers Rising Star, she began in IP litigation at international law firms Morrison & Foerster and Sidley Austin. Diane frequently presents at conferences throughout the U.S. and has guest lectured at Stanford and the University of California-Berkeley’s Haas School of Business. She has been quoted or profiled in numerous publications including Law360, American Lawyer/Law.com, IAM, and Managing IP. She serves as a Founding Board Member of the California IP Alliance. Diane received her J.D. from the University of Chicago and a Physics degree from Cornell University.

Manju Abraham is an accomplished engineering leader with over 25 years of experience. Manju has built, grown, and scaled global teams and organizations for companies such as HP, NetApp, and Delphix, and HPE. Manju is the VP of Engineering at HPE leading R&D for cutting edge Primary Storage products. She is passionate about supporting women and enabling diversity and inclusion. She is an Inclusion Ambassador at HPE, working on building a strong community by sponsoring and hosting events to build awareness on inclusive behaviors. She is actively involved in mentoring and learning from other leaders across the industry, helping them to reach their true potential. She is the President of Vanitha, a charity organization and a Board Member of The CLUB.
