It’s been a strange few years! This is a guided session to reflect personally and professionally. Let’s celebrate our resiliency, reflect on what has changed, and find all the silver linings. Let’s also be honest with ourselves, and confront loss of control, how profoundly our daily lives have changed. How do we create healthy supportive social circles? Where do we want to be on professional goals? We’ll give ourselves some grace, appreciation, and do some brainstorming for what we want out of our next normal.
with Laraine McKinnon
Time for some goal setting! What specific goals do we have, and what are tangible steps to achieve them? How do we find the things that bring us energy and shed the things that drain us? How do we capture the power of our networks, the influence of our public profile, and our own personal superpowers to achieve our goals? Build an actionable plan to drive your 2022 and beyond.
